Shipping Information 📮
As a majority of the DBC items are made to order, the process typically takes between 5-20 working days (excluding weekends) to be complete. Embroidered items typically take longer to be made whereas smaller items such as bookmarks are sent out within the same week.
As we know shipping costs are only increasing so I have tried to offer a different variety of Royal Mail options including signed or unsigned and tracked. The price of the shipping will vary on the weight of the items in your parcel. Please note the typical delivery dates listed with each service do vary, and I just go off the Royal Mail guidelines given to me.

Typically takes 1-2 working days.
- 1st Class Letter: £1.70
- 1st Class Signed For Letter: £3.60
📦 Second Class:
Typically takes 2-5 working days.
- 2nd Class Letter: £0.87
- 2nd Class Signed For Letter: £2.77
📦 Tracked 24:
Typically takes 1-2 working days.

If you do need an item quicker than the order time, please email me or message me so we can discuss the date you need it by. I can offer guaranteed next day delivery which costs between £8.45-14.45 depending on the weight of the parcel.
If you are looking to bulk order and it goes over the Medium Parcel weight (max 20KG) then we will need to discuss alternative couriers.

International Shipping
All international orders are also posted with Royal Mail. For smaller parcels such as Letters and Large Letters I do offer Standard shipping which has no tracking, however all Small Parcels use the Tracked service. I personally recommend using Tracked just so you can keep an eye on it's journey however I appreciate that shipping costs are very expensive.
The cost of shipping also varies depending on the weight of the parcel, and which zone you are in. Europe is split into 3 different zones and then the rest of the world is also split into 3 different zones which you can find below..

If your order exceeds the weight limit of a Small Parcel please contact me so we can discuss an alternative method of shipping just as these increase significantly. If you also try to order and it doesn't let you please contact me and I will add it!

Returns & Exchanges 📬
Returns and exchanges can be made for several reasons..
1. The Size: as long as this is not a custom or personalised item I am able to offer you an exchange.
2. Faulty Items: although everything is quality checked prior to being packaged and sent out to you, sometimes things can be missed. I will replace the item that is faulty.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please contact me via email (info@dumbblondeclub.co.uk) with your name and order number. The return must be processed within 14 days of receiving the item - as I used a signed for shipping service I am able to check when this is.
You must return the items unworn and in good condition. If there are any damages to them including make up stains or any other stains these will be sent straight back to you.
Please be aware I do not cover the shipping costs when you are returning or exchanging items. If the item needs exchanging please allow time for this to be remade and posted back out to you. If the item(s) are being returned, please allow up to 7 days for me to get this sorted. I will not process any exchanges or refunds until I have the order back in my possession.
Items I cannot accept back
Unfortunately there are several items that cannot accept returns or exchanges on. Please see the following list..
1. Custom/Wholesale Items: as we have agreed on the design and you have forward with order. Please make sure you are 100% happy with the design and certain on the sizes. I will quality check all items but just incase there is a fault please let me know and I will replace it.
2. Personalised Items: as you have chosen the thread colours, words or design - unfortunately these are items I cannot accept back as they cannot be resold. Please make sure you are 100% happy with the design and certain on the sizes. I will quality check all items but just incase there is a fault please let me know and I will replace it as soon as possible.
3. Sample Sale Items: as sample sale items are heavily reduced, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All of the correct information is listed in the captions explaining whether the item has been worn for a photoshoot, or if there are any minor defects. As a legal right of the brand if you are aware of this before purchasing, I do not have to honour a refund.
4. Games Nights: as stated when I do every games night, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. They are heavily reduced to give you all a little treat, and items are specifically made for dips.
