^{Order Process ✨}

All items are made to order, meaning they are made up once you order through the website. Being made to order has several benefits such as:
🌸 you can customise your items more, like changing the thread colours and personalise items.
🌸 it helps reduce waste, my products aren’t mass produced which eliminates the chance of them ending up in landfill.

The order process time is between 7 and 20 working days which does not include weekends.

Here is a typical breakdown of the process..
🌸 you place your order online.
🌸 the stock is ordered plus any threads to complete your order.
🌸 embroidery time.
🌸 quality check.
🌸 your order is packaged up and posted out to you using Royal Mail.

Products that aren’t made to order (such as stationary stickers, or melts) and the prints will be posted out to you within 7 working days. Sample sale, ready to ship and games night items will also be posted out within 7 working days.
