Bulk Order or Gift a Mail Club Subscription - 1, 3, 6 or 12 Months
Introducing the Lavender Springs Monthly Mail Club! This listing is for those who would rather buy a one off, a few months at a time or the full year! It's also perfect to gift to someone. When you purchase one of these options, you will be receiving the mail club letters as normal, so depending on the time you order it will fit within the cut off date timeframe - see FAQ's.
The orders will be posted out each month unless you leave me a note saying you'd rather receive them all at once - which would be at the end of the timeframe you've chosen. Example: if you ordered a 3 month subscription and wanted them all at once you'd receive that in March.
Please make sure to order this item on it's own, as it's sent out as a single order each month and the shipping doesn't cover other items.
As a little extra treat for the options to pay upfront I've given free shipping to those in the UK for 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions making the costs;
- 1 Month: £8.50 for 1 month plus normal shipping fee's.
- 3 Months: £25.50 for 3 months plus free UK standard shipping, or discounted shipping if you wish to upgrade to 1st Class or Signed For.
- 6 Months: £51 for 6 months plus free UK standard shipping, or discounted shipping if you wish to upgrade to 1st Class or Signed For.
- 12 Months: £102 for the year plus free standard shipping, or discounted shipping if you wish to upgrade to 1st Class or Signed For.
Unfortunately I'm unable to offer free or discounted shipping for worldwide orders so the costs will apply as normal.
About the Mail Club
Come explore the fictional town I've created and follow the guided tour each month through your letter and the item's inside your envelope. Every month you will be visiting a new location in Lavender Springs, and the theme of the month will fit in with the locations. The letter will give you some more details about the town along with some activity recommendations from the month and some book recommendations. You'll also be meeting the town locals and finding out some of the small town gossip we all love!

What's Inside - January
Here is an example of what you're getting in January's mail club, depending how many you select the items will differ in design, and after January the bonus sticker sheet and map won't be included
💜 Double Sided Bookmark - "Small Town" bookmark design. For January the design is different on both sides, full of icons inspired by Lavender Springs and all things small town. This bookmark has round edges, a matt finish and is 400gsm cardstock. Size: 14.8x10.5cm.
💜 Sticker Sheet - "Small Town" vinyl sticker sheet. Easy to peel off stickers with a matte finish. Size: 14.8x10.5cm. January also has a bonus sticker sheet.
💜 Vinyl Sticker - "Small Town Romance Book Club" member ticket design, this will have elements of a holographic vinyl, and a gloss finish. Size: 7.5x3.9cm.
💜 Postcard - "Greetings from Lavender Springs" design. The back is blank so you are able to use this like a normal postcard. Size: 10.5x14.8cm - landscape.
💜 Letter - This letter is written by the town's mayor Mabel, who will be taking you on your tour of the different locations. Throughout the letter's you'll be getting book recommendations, activity recommendations and some backstory about the mini world I have created!
💜 Map - In January you will receive a map of Lavender Springs which can fit perfectly on your shelves, or in a frame.
💜 Bonus Item for January Birthday's - This item will be a surprise and I don't want to spoil it.
FAQ's
💜 Billing Dates & Cut Off Times
After your initial payment, you will be billed on the 1st of every month. The cut off dates are set on a 28 day cycle meaning if you order outside the sign up dates you wouldn't be charged again straight away.
Example: if you order on December 29th, the initial payment comes out then and after that you'd be charged on the 1st February. This means you will receive February and March's letters. You can add January's parcel on too.

💜 Shipping Dates & Process Times
Each payment comes out the month before just so I know exactly how many people are going to be getting letters that month. With January as the exception due to the holidays, each month you should start to receive your orders on the 1st of the month, if not earlier. For example:
- January: scheduled to start going out on the 5th onwards.
- February: scheduled to start going out on the 29th January onwards.
- March: scheduled to start going out on the 26th February onwards.
The reason the payments come out so far ahead currently is due to getting particular items from suppliers (such as the vinyl stickers which come from Sweden!) so I need the buffer time just incase there are any issues, however this time will hopefully decrease over time and I will be looking to change payment dates so you receive the same months parcel closer to the time you pay.

💜 Can I add other items to my order?
Please keep your order to just the mail club when subscribing, the postage will not cover the cost of other items and the mail club is sent out on it's own each month!

💜 Can I order multiple subscriptions?
Yes, of course! However if you wish to send them to different places you will need to do separate orders. This just makes sure it goes to the right person each month.
