Shipping Information 📮
All items are made to order and the order process typically takes 7-20 working days (excluding weekends) from the moment you place your order. After the items are complete these can then take up to 5 working days to get to you, depending on the shipping type you choose.
To try make shipping as affordable as possible for you all I offer different Royal Mail options. These price will change depending on the weight of your parcel.
First Class:
Typically arrives within 1-3 working days after posting.
- 1st Class Signed For Letter: £2.60
Tracked 24:
Typically arrives within the next working day after posting.
- Tracked 24 Large Letter: £3.30
- Tracked 24 Small Parcel: £4.15
- Tracked 24 Medium Parcel: £5.95
- Tracked 24 Medium Parcel 2: £7.65
Second Class:
Typically arrives within 2-5 working days after posting.
- 2nd Class Signed For Letter: £2.25
Tracked 48:
Typically arrives within 2 working days after posting.
- Tracked 48 Large Letter: £2.70
- Tracked 48 Small Parcel: £3.45
- Tracked 48 Medium Parcel: £5.15
- Tracked 48 Medium Parcel 2: £6.65
If you need an item quicker, I do offer guaranteed next day delivery but we must discuss this option first to make sure I can get it to you for the date you need it by. This shipping option costs £8.45-14.45.
Any larger orders will be shipped with Parcelforce Worldwide Express 48 which starts at £15.
All international orders are also posted with Royal Mail using the International Tracked & Signed Service. Unfortunately shipping prices outside of the UK have increased significantly and these are the most affordable I can currently find. Please see the prices below:

Returns & Exchanges 📬
Returns and exchanges can be made for several reasons..
1. The Size: as long as this is not a custom or personalised item I am able to offer you an exchange.
2. Faulty Items: although everything is quality checked prior to being packaged and sent out to you, sometimes things can be missed. I will replace the item that is faulty.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please contact me via email (info@dumbblondeclub.co.uk) with your name and order number. The return must be processed within 14 days of receiving the item - as I used a signed for shipping service I am able to check when this is.
You must return the items unworn and in good condition. If there are any damages to them including make up stains or any other stains these will be sent straight back to you.
Please be aware I do not cover the shipping costs when you are returning or exchanging items. If the item needs exchanging please allow time for this to be remade and posted back out to you. If the item(s) are being returned, please allow up to 7 days for me to get this sorted. I will not process any exchanges or refunds until I have the order back in my possession.
Items I cannot accept back
Unfortunately there are several items that cannot accept returns or exchanges on. Please see the following list..
1. Custom/Wholesale Items: as we have agreed on the design and you have forward with order. Please make sure you are 100% happy with the design and certain on the sizes. I will quality check all items but just incase there is a fault please let me know and I will replace it.
2. Personalised Items: as you have chosen the thread colours, words or design - unfortunately these are items I cannot accept back as they cannot be resold. Please make sure you are 100% happy with the design and certain on the sizes. I will quality check all items but just incase there is a fault please let me know and I will replace it as soon as possible.
3. Sample Sale Items: as sample sale items are heavily reduced, I do not accept returns or exchanges. All of the correct information is listed in the captions explaining whether the item has been worn for a photoshoot, or if there are any minor defects. As a legal right of the brand if you are aware of this before purchasing, I do not have to honour a refund.
4. Games Nights: as stated when I do every games night, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. They are heavily reduced to give you all a little treat, and items are specifically made for dips.
