returns & exchanges
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with the item upon arrival - for example a rip in the fabric. Everything is quality checked meaning this should not happen but things can go wrong so it is possible.
If there is a fault with the item or the size of it you can exchange it for the same item in a new or the same size. I will not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders as you have given your measurements along with choosing a style or fabric that no one else has asked for.
THERE IS A TWO WEEK RETURN PERIOD.
You cannot return an item if you simply do not want it anymore as everything is handmade and this means I have lost out on time and money. You also cannot return an item if you have bought the wrong thing, so please make sure to check your size, the product style and colour is all correct before checking out. I don't cover the costs of returns so bare this in mind when ordering.
Items such as high waisted bikini bottoms, bodysuits/swimsuits can only be exchanged in the hygiene label has not been removed otherwise this is unhygienic.
If you wish to return or exchange any items please contact me via email only at: email@example.com with your order number in the subject so it is easy to locate your order. Once discussed I will give your the returns address.
